Phillip is a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS and associate member of the CIArb. Phillip is a retired member of the Chartered Institute of Building and Chartered Institute of Civil Engineer Surveyors. Phillip is also an Expert Witness and Independent Determiner registered with the RICS. Who has worked in the Saudi Arabia, State of Qatar, Sultanate of Oman, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Ireland, Kingdom of Bhutan, and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Phillip is an experienced Quantity Surveyor in the Engineering, Construction and Oil and Gas Sectors. From the outset Phillip specialized in working with specialist subcontractors such as piling, fit out and MEP Contractors. With the latter years being dedicated to claims preparation and defense along with dispute resolution. In his time, Phillip has worked on various international projects in dispute, and commercial management of various projects. Phillip has also been part of an internal audit for various companies and projects leading to litigation based on the findings of the audit.
Phillip currently specializes as a quantum / expert drafting and defense for the contractor and employer alike and has an interest in dispute resolution and has acted and an expert witness on various projects. Phillip is registered Arbitrator and Expert with Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA).

Asif is an expert in construction claims with arbitration specialization with experience in construction of international projects in Oman, Dubai, India and UK. Asif has been successful in resolving disputes by utilizing his expertise in construction disputes.
Asif is Fellow of CIArb (FCIArb) and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Arbitration from the UK, Post Graduate Diploma in ADR from Hyderabad. Asif is a Civil Engineer and holds an MBA in University of Petroleum and Energy Services, India.
