AHC's objective is to add value to our clients throughout the project lifecycle aimed at improving the project cost efficiency and certainty by adopting a process oriented approach using internationally accepted methods and tools to set realistic budgets, value engineering, monitoring of costs, and preserving the contractual obligations and positions of our clients until the completion of the project including the management of any variations and disputes that occur on the project both upstream and downstream including the project supply chain.
AHC helps Contractors and Developers to maintain their commercial interests in projects by delivering commercial and contractual strategic planning to the project, whether that be supply chain management, contract administration or variation/claims resolution. It is essential for a project to be successful to ensure a sustained proactive and precise monitoring process is established and continues to effective until closure of the project to achieve the set cost objectives.
A robust reporting mechanism capturing the key cost, contract information, and risks with mitigation measures including cash flow forecast, progress payments, claims, and dispute management to provide a comprehensive understanding of the cost and contractual aspects of the project periodically throughout the lifecycle of the project. This generally aligned with the client’s management reporting on a monthly basis.
